Young West Nile star Allan Oyirwoth has received a major career boost after being named in the Uganda national football team 28-man squad for the upcoming international friendlies scheduled for June 5 and June 8 in Marrakech, Morocco.
Uganda will face Tanzania national football team on June 5 before taking on Madagascar national football team three days later as preparations continue for future continental assignments.

Since joining the New England Revolution setup, Oyirwoth has continued to impress with consistent performances in the MLS Next Pro league. The youngster has featured in several matches this season, contributing with important passes, defensive recoveries, and strong midfield displays that have now earned him recognition at national team level.
His call-up highlights the growing impact of Ugandan players abroad and also serves as motivation for upcoming football talents in West Nile who dream of playing at the highest level.

With Uganda Cranes set to test themselves against Tanzania and Madagascar in Morocco, all eyes from West Nile will be on Allan Oyirwoth as he looks to make his mark on the international stage.
