With the Stanbic Uganda Cup Round of 64 draws that happened earlier today at Protea Hotel Kampala, all the eight West Nile based clubs have confirmed their opponents for this stage.
West Nile Fourth Division side Ombachi Pride will host top flight outfit Entebbe UPPC FC. Entebbe UPPC FC that has shown a level of prowess will travel to the far Northwards to Koboko to seek a spot at the next round from a tricky Ombachi Pride.

At the gate of West Nile, Pakwach Young Stars FC hosts another StarTimes Uganda Premier League side in Express FC. Express FC visits a Pakawach which has of recent surprised a couple of visitors with Wakiso Giants being their last top flight victim at this Cup competition with a stellar 2-1 win for the hosts on the 21st February 2024. Currently West Nile Regional League first placed Pakwach Youngs Stars also produced a stellar 2-0 win over FUFA Big League side Kigezi Homeboyz FC at the same stage of the competition during the last edition in January 2025.
Kuluva Rainbow FC, having lost 2-1 to 13 time domestic league Champions KCCA FC during their Round of 64 meeting last year hope to advance to the next round for the first time as they host FUFA Big League side Ntungasaze FC. Kuluva Rainbow sits seventh on their West Nile Regional League log, with 4 wins, 2 draws and 5 losses after 11 games this season.

Second placed from the bottom, Paidha United FC will host Startimes Uganda Premier League side Maroons FC at Kings Stadium in Cana. Having settled for four points, after drawing 4 times and losing 6 times in their opening 10 games of the season of the West Nile Regional League, United will seek to give a show against a top flight outfit in Maroons who visit their grounds to seek a place into the next round.

Their townhood neighbors, Paidha Black Angels who are also one of West Nile's oldest clubs founded way back in 1979, will visit Pajule Lions FC. Pajule, known to surprise visitors at this Cup competition with beating superior sides such as NEC FC in 2024 and featuring in the Semi Final against Kitara FC the same year being their last recent surprise packages will be hosts to 2017 Cup finalists Paidha Black Angels.

Nebbi Central, settled at the eleventh position in this seasons FUFA Big League season is up seeking for the Rouund of 32 as they visit Red Dove FC.

Onduparaka, who lost to the 2016 finals to Vipers SC at the then Nakivubo Stadium will visit Kabale City FC. Onduparaka FC didn't play a single minute in the last edition having failed to honor their future away against Bushenyi Veterans citing logistic challenges.

Calvary FC, West Nile's only League club will visit Football Classroom, the only non League club that has beaten odds to feature in the last two editions of the tournaments last Round of 64.
