PAKWACH YOUNGSTERS MAINTAIN UNBEATEN STREAK WITH DOMINANT WIN OVER YOUNG ELEPHANTS; SET SIGHTS ON LOCAL DERBY
PAKWACH – The Pakwach Youngsters are sending a clear message to the West Nile Regional Football Association (WNRFA) ahead of the second round, proving they are the team to beat after a clinical 2-0 victory over FUFA Big League side Young Elephant Academy at Bar Omach yesterday.
The Youngsters wasted no time asserting their authority, with first-half strikes from Ejoyi Patrick and Munir Saidi enough to seal a comfortable win against higher-tier opposition. The result underscores the sheer dominance the side has displayed throughout the current campaign.
A Season of Perfection
Statistically, the Youngsters are in a league of their own. As they gear up for the second round of the West Nile Regional League, they remain the only unbeaten side in the division. Their record is a testament to both defensive solidity and offensive flair, boasting 10 wins and just 1 draw, supported by a staggering +28 goal difference.
The Battle of Pakwach Awaits
The celebrations will be short-lived, however, as the club’s preparations continue at a relentless pace. The Youngsters are set to return to action tomorrow, Wednesday, for a highly anticipated domestic friendly against local rivals Pakwach Super Eagles.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 4:00 PM at the Youngsters' home ground. Club officials have called upon the local community to turn out in large numbers to support the team’s mission for promotion.
As the second leg approaches, the question echoing throughout the region remains: Who can stop the Youngsters' dominance? On current form, the answer seems to be "no one."
