Fresh from securing promotion to the FUFA Big League for the first time in the club's history, Pakwach Young Stars SC has unveiled a new leadership structure following a successful Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Saturday 11th July,2026 at Pakwach Town Council Mayor's garden.
The meeting ushered in a new administration, with former club manager Mr Robert Opar elected unopposed as the club's President. Opar now takes charge at a defining moment as the West Nile outfit prepares to make its long-awaited debut in Uganda's second-tier league.

In his first major decision as President, Opar named a new executive team that will spearhead the club's ambitions both on and off the pitch.
Opio Isaac has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a role that will see him oversee the club's daily operations, commercial development, and strategic growth.
Bithum Francis assumes the position of Vice President and will play a key role in governance, stakeholder engagement, and institutional development.
Meanwhile, former CEO Ocanda Rogers moves into the position of Technical Director, where he will oversee all football operations and provide technical leadership as the club embarks on its biggest challenge yet.
The leadership changes come at a pivotal time, with Pakwach Young Stars preparing to compete against 13 other clubs in the 2026/27 FUFA Big League season—a landmark achievement for a club whose rise has captured the imagination of football fans across West Nile.
The new administration has pledged to establish a professionally run, financially stable, and highly competitive football club while preserving the community spirit that has fueled Pakwach Young Stars' remarkable journey.
With fresh leadership in place and a historic campaign on the horizon, the Believers will now shift their focus to building a squad capable of making an immediate impact in the FUFA Big League and proudly flying the West Nile flag on the national stage.
