Forward Freedom Mungudit has completed a move to Rwanda Premier League side Mukura Victory Sports FC (Mukura VS), signing a two-year contract that will keep him at the club until 2028.
Mukura VS confirmed the signing through an official announcement, unveiling the attacker as one of the club's new additions ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Mungudit joins the Rwandan outfit after an impressive campaign with Lugazi FC in the Uganda Premier League. He played a key role in the club's attack, finishing the season with five league goals, three assists, one Stanbic Uganda Cup goal, and three Man of the Match awards.
One of his standout performances came in the Stanbic Uganda Cup, where he scored in Lugazi FC's 2–1 victory over Kisugu United FC, helping the club advance to the Round of 32.
Following the conclusion of the season, Mungudit reflected on his campaign, expressing gratitude while acknowledging there is still room for improvement.
"Season done. Five league goals, three assists, one Uganda Cup goal and three Man of the Match awards. Much more to learn," he shared on social media.

The move to Mukura VS marks a significant milestone in the forward's career as he embarks on a new challenge in Rwanda. Having established himself as one of Lugazi FC's most influential attacking players, Mungudit will be looking to carry his form into the Rwanda Premier League.
Mukura VS will hope the striker's pace, work rate and eye for goal will strengthen their attacking options as they prepare for the upcoming season.
