Nebbi district Secondary School Sports Association game one came to an end with a heart-stopping encounter between Mamba SS and St Daniel Comboni College Omyer at Luo grounds today .
The two schools showed brilliant tactical resilience in both halves , creating numerous chances in which none was at the back of the net .
In a game where spoils were shared in the regular time,the only hope of the two schools was left in the hands of the goalkeepers where Mamba ss goalkeeper rose to the occasion by saving two penalties to deny St Daniel Comboni College Omyer Silver wear, 5-6 sending the crowd to a wild celebrations at Luo grounds.

In girls football,Angal secondary school after a goalless draw in normal time won 3-2 on penalty kicks against Sunrise secondary school.
While handing over the trophy ,the guest of honor applauded Mamba SS for the work well done and thanked all the students for being calm throughout the games .

Howard Musa ( Chair man competition NDSSSA) confirmed St Daniel Comboni College Omyer and Nebbi town SS as the host for this year's Westnile region secondary school games.
Mr Bithola Francis ( DFA Chairman Nebbi) said ,he is very happy to host this year's games in his DFA and confirmed their readiness in both infrastructure and security.
