Madi Okollo District Football Association (MODFA) has appointed experienced radio journalist and sports guru, Ssabo Vincent aka Vicente Da Costa Jr., as its new Public Relations Officer (PRO).
Vicente, a seasoned broadcaster with a strong background in sports journalism, holds a Public Relations studies from Oxford University, Journalism and Mass Communication from UMCAT School of Journalism, and a Diploma in Information Technology from Amity University. He has served in the sports broadcast industry on various radio stations, including Radio Pacis 90.9fm, 94.5fm Arua, 101.4fm Gulu, Access 96.3fm Arua, and currently 107.5fm Voice of Madi in Madi Okollo, where he is the Head of Sports and IT, Technical Assistant, and Producer.
Vicente's appointment is expected to boost Madi Okollo football, leveraging his extensive experience in sports broadcast and public relations. He expressed his commitment to elevating the district's sports growth, saying, "I'm committed to elevating it further."

His priorities include:
- Amplifying MODFA's voice through media and social channels
- Fostering strong stakeholder relationships
- Showcasing local football talent
- Driving engagement and transparency
- Supporting grassroots initiatives
- Offering mentorship and nurturing PR potentials in the district
