West Nile Province star and Uganda Cranes forward Muhammad Shaban Jagason has parted ways with Ethiopian side Coffee FC just halfway into his year-long deal, his representative Ronnie Santos Mwine Fred has announced.
Football agent Ronnie Santos, who referred to Jagason as his "client" stated that the player terminated his contract due to the club's failure to fulfill specific contractual obligations. Santos did not provide immediate context regarding which promises were broken.
"After (the Ethiopian Coffee FC) failing to fulfill their promises, we have agreed to close our relationship," Santos posted on X (formerly Twitter), promising to disclose further details soon.
Interestingly, the player’s personal social media handles remain silent on the development. His X profile still has his affiliation with his former club, Al-Hilal SC Benghazi, as the last update on his Facebook was his announcement at the the club.
