Former Paidha Black Angels prolific winger Opar Jacob’s recent move to the newbies of Uganda Premier League Ntugasaze Fc signals an end of a very impressive era for the winger at the Fortress Bar Okoro Stadium, the place he served for 5 good years.

Opar joined the club in 2021 at a teenage age of 19 but with big and valid dreams which he later on achieved during his stay at the club.

He was instrumental in helping the club achieve promotion to FUFA Big League after a stellar campaign in the West Nile regional league 2022-2023 season with Opar scoring 13 goals and later winning the MVP award.

Opar was also instrumental for the Blacks in their Big League Campaigns, scoring crucial goals to help keep the club in Big League for the two consecutive seasons he played for them, serving fans with good moments at the fortress including a brace against Bright Stars in a 4:0 win.

Characterized by quick pace, light feet and an eye for goal, he quickly rose to become one of the most loved player in the squad and massively contributed to the blacks’ successes for the season he has been there.

The 24 year old signed a 2 years contract with the Brewers and has already made impacts in the pre season friendlies he has played so far, impressing the management of his new club as we await the new season ahead.
