Zombo based Paidha Black Angels SC yesterday Friday 6th Feb 2026 unveiled a season long partnership deal with a newly established town hangout joint, Chill Out Lounge (former Creamland Motel), a deal that has matured thus being unveiled mid-season, considered as largely the the FUFA Big League side's first documented partnership since its existence in 1979.

"We are delighted to announce this partnership which becomes our first, as a club," Thomar Francis, the Public Relations Officer at Paidha Black Angels SC remarked.
After hours of deeper understanding of the deal, we have tried to paint a full picture of what it looks like, who gets what, and who does what and as well how each other feels about the deal.
It's worth noting that Chill Out Lounge, is a subsidiary of The Giant Eagle Sounds and Events Limited, which announced itself into the scenes following organization of several high profile events like the Legendary JM Kennedy Concert Tour in 2023 that happened in Arua, Adjumani & Moyo, B2C Music West Nile Tour in also 2023 that happened in Paidha, Arua and Nebbi, The Battle of Champs Tour 2025/2026 that starred Alur music stars Lucky Dee and Bushy D'King that happened in Kampala, Nebbi, Panyimur and Paidha, with also the recently The Back to School Bash that happened in Nebbi and Paidha headlined by Ugandan rekmown star Cindy the King Herself.
With this strong background in the entertainment industry, especially nightlife and events, the company has through its daughter entity Chill Out Lounge explored the depths of water in sports, going by this deal.
Paidha Black Angels SC, on the other hand is the oldest existing West Nile football club still actively playing at any of the top three tier in the Ugandan football systems.
The club that carries a rich history dating back to decades holds some of the regions peak football highlights like playing at a Uganda Cup final (vs KCCA FC in 2017) and also being one of the clubs that has ever tasted the experience of playing top flight football.

The partnership, according to the MoU we chanced on indicates that is in order to leverage their respective brands, Chill Out Lounge and Paidha Black Angels SC.
"The parties enter this partnership in order to leverage their respective brands for mutual commercial and community growth withing the West Nile Region," reads part of the document.
The same documents signed by both parties also indicates the club will integrate the Chill Out Lounge logo in their digital graphics, marketing materials, give them as well media mentions and title their match day player of the match, "Chill Out Angel of the Match."
On the other side, Chill Out Lounge will give a cash prize of UGX 50,000 to the best performing player from the team on each home game starting from the beginning of the second round of the FUFA Big League. Chill Out Lounge will as will be required to provide free venues to host all club related events like a monthly club theme night, or fundraisers, or victory parties where the club takes 100% of all the revenue generated there. During these events at Chill Out Lounge, The Giant Eagle Sounds and Events Limited will also provide event necessities such as sound, stage and lighting which they already own at no any other cost during the course of the partnership.
Paidha Black Angels SC being a community club with no private sponsorship or personal funding has largely been running through dependence of its loyal fans, and with this partnership, it might be a great opportunity for their fans to generate revenue to the club in other ways besides cash contributions.

Mr. Ocamgiu who has served at the club for over 25 years refers to this as a light to the future. He believes this partnership will open ways to many more and calls upon other entities to join in supporting not just Paidha Black Angels but football as a whole.
"This is a beautiful chapter for Black Angels," in his words as losely translated from Alur language.
"This is the first of its kind (of partnership) for all this time I have been at this club and I call upon other entities too to join in supporting our home talents," he adds.

Ms. Okecho Hellen, the MD at Chill Out Lounge says this more like a way of giving back to the club that she grew up supporting.
"I grew up and the only club I overhead people talk about was Paidha Black Angels SC," Ms. Okecho reminded the listening partners and media as she gave her remarks.
"And today, coming into this partnership is just like giving back to them," she adds.
Francis, the club PRO believes the club will generate revenue through the avenues provided, the players will be motivated and the above all, the fans involved and in all these events.
"This is an opportunity for the club to make more revenue besides match day gate collection. Our finances have been straining but having this partnership will leverage our income," he admits.
"We call upon fans to get involved, support PBA like they have always done, as well, because this is majorly about them," Jalmalikili noted.
He however preventively cautioned against propaganda, that might be constructed to the fans with claims that the club has been sold. He insists, fans should clearly know that this is just a one year partnership, that will still continue with the current leaders doing their assigned roles and having same authority at the club like before.
