Free agent forward Cromwell "Abang" Rwothomio has picked up a fresh suitor, with topflight side Lugazi FC entering the race for his signature momentarily after his mutual exit from NEC FC was confirmed.
Sources close to the negotiations indicate the two camps have opened talks, with Lugazi keen to add proven Premier League experience to their squad ahead of the new season.
The move would add another name to a growing list of admirers that already included new topflight entrants Ntugasaze FC.
His former clubs, URA FC and Paidha Black Angels also previously expressed interest to resign the striker since his fall out and departure from Lugogo had become eminent.
With talks and paperwork expected to be signed as soon as possible should the parties finds a common ground quickly, talks remain at an early stage as per now.
Abang's camp is understood to be weighing multiple offers before settling on his next club.
