On the 2nd of March 2026 ,the match between Calvary FC and SC Villa was abandoned at half time when SC Villa had a lead by one goal.

Match officials didn't resume the match in second half due to circumstances relating to match control ,safety and security with in the stadium enviroment.

Today Friday 13th March 2026 , The Federation of Uganda Football Associations has ruled that Calvary FC will forfeit their match against SC Villa following incidents of hooliganism and misconduct during their game played on 2nd March 2026.

The decision was made by the FUFA Disciplinary Panel after reviewing reports related to the match, which was eventually abandoned due to disorder involving supporters and club officials. As a result of the ruling, the match has been awarded to SC Villa in accordance with the FUFA Competitions Rules.

In addition to forfeiting the match, Calvary FC will lose three points from the fixture. The club also faces a suspended deduction of three additional points and three goals should similar incidents occur again in future competitions.

The disciplinary panel further issued a strong warning to the club regarding the conduct of its supporters and officials, emphasizing the importance of maintaining order and upholding the integrity of the game.

Meanwhile, matters involving the Calvary FC club president and allegations raised by the club regarding match-fixing and referee misconduct have been referred to the FUFA Ethics and Disciplinary Committee for further investigation.

The decision highlights FUFA’s continued effort to enforce discipline and ensure fair play in Ugandan football competitions.

Calvary stand 16th on the Uganda Premier League table battling relegation and are to play against Vipers SC at St.Marys Stadium kitende on 14th March 2026 off match day 21 of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League season 2025 to 2026.
