Paidha United SC and Paidha Black Angels SC have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the joint use of the historic Bar-Okoro Stadium, creating a rare partnership between two of Paidha’s biggest football brands.

Speaking after the signing, Paidha Black Angels SC Vice Chairperson Adebu Jerry described the agreement as the beginning of a new chapter for football development in Paidha.
“This will boost football development in Paidha because Cana playground was far for Paidha United and its fans. We believe we will maintain Bar-Okoro Stadium well because we shall not train at Bar-Okoro. Instead, we shall train at Cana playgrounds under the management of Paidha United SC,” Adebu explained.
Under the agreement, Bar-Okoro will become the official home ground for Paidha United SC during the 2026/27 West Nile Regional League season, while the club will remit 25% of its home gate collections to Paidha Black Angels.

Both clubs will also work together on the maintenance and future development of the stadium, with training sessions moved to Kings Stadium, Cana, to preserve Bar-Okoro’s playing surface.
For Paidha United SC Chairperson Robert Orombi, however, the agreement goes beyond sharing a football ground—it is a declaration of unity.
“This MoU means we are one club. Don't say you are Paidha Black Angels SC and vice versa. We are one club from today going forward,” Orombi said.
The partnership brings together two clubs with proud but different journeys.
Paidha Black Angels SC, one of Uganda’s oldest community football clubs, currently compete in the FUFA Big League. The club famously reached the 2016/17 Stanbic Uganda Cup final, where they lost 2–0 to KCCA, before earning promotion to the Uganda Premier League in the 2018/19 season.
Meanwhile, Paidha United SC, founded in 2017, compete in the West Nile Regional League and have also made their mark in recent editions of the Stanbic Uganda Cup, including a narrow defeat to Uganda Premier League side Maroons FC.

Now, their paths converge at Bar-Okoro.
This is more than a stadium-sharing agreement. It is Paidha football choosing unity over division, cooperation over rivalry, and a shared future over separate ambitions.
