Nebbi Central FC has reclaimed their winning path following today's clash with Mbale City side Kataka FC at home.
David Ocircan aka Garnacho's 53rd minute strike was the match decider as Nebbi central bagged all the three points against Kataka Football Club at the Luo grounds in Nebbi Municipalit. The Mbale based side created so numerous chances in the first half but failed to lead any into the back of the net.
David Ocircan rose to the occasion when Kataka's defence failed to defend a dangerous cross from the right side which left the goal open for the talisman who made no mistake to help The Royals secure the three points.
This win comes after a 4-1 heavy defeat away from home to Ntungasaze at Kira Road Police Arena last week. This result has lifted Nebbi central to a safe position in the FUFA Big League table standings as Kataka remains winless in their last two games in the league.
The Nebbi based side travels next to Gayaza in Kampala for the encounter on Sunday 8th March, 2026 to take on Kiyinda Boys in the league.
