All looks set for a warm re marriage as talks have advanced so well between Paidha Black Angels and the prodigal son Opakrwoth Benjamin.
Benjamin, departed the club at the end of last season, after a long stay at the club for over 2 years, having helped the club to achieve promotion from third tier to second tier of Ugandan Football, as well as scoring the opening goal in the 2:0 win during the playoffs, as the Blacks achieved promotion to FUFA big league in 2024.
Before his departure, the Star boy was the club’s best performer upon their return to Big League football, contributing over 10 G/A and helping the Club to finish 5th on the Log, missing narrowly on promotion to Uganda Premier League.
Benjamin was Spotted training with the Zombo Based club on regular occassions recently, and reports suggest that he also featured in their friendly matches, raising joy and happiness among the black’s fans.
His return will be a big boost to the team as they prepare to kick off their second leg campaign against Mbale Heroes at home, Bar okoro stadium on sunday.
