Goals from Joel Jangeyambe and Ejosiga Mudasir were all the hosts needed to revenge against Kodi pa Lyeci, who had won the reverse fixture by a goal, a beautiful strike from Obedi Brian James.

With this result, West Nile Province moves to the top of their Group A log, with only a single defeat and three victories having beaten Bugisu Province both home and away in this edition.

Acholi Province lies second, with also three wins and a loss, but falling short on Head to Head against West Nile Province.

Bugisu Province, while at the bottom of the log having lost all their Group A matches, head home earlier than the rest to prepare for the next edition of the annual tournament.
