The FUFA Big League resumed yesterday for the second round with even more action involving the three West Nile clubs extended to today. With both Nebbi Central and Onduparaka traveling far to Kampala and Iganga respectively, only Paidha Black Angels had their fixture played within West Nile.
At the Kira Road Police Arena, Nebbi Central had a tough evening with a heavy 4-1 defeat to Ntungasaze FC. Nebbi Central who failed to capitalise on the dominant Alur crowd who cheered from the word go fell numb after the home side taking an 18th minute lead through a Kawanguzi thunderbolt. The Royal visitors went down deeper after West Nile Province forward James Jarieko's brilliant finish, having beaten the goal keeper to score into an empty net in the hour mark.
With no more patience left, Ntungasaze FC added a third quickly after, just in a space of three minutes through Kakooza's calm finish. Nebbi Central however got a consolation through captain Edema Sabir, triggering the hosts to put their fourth and last in the eighty second minute through Omirambe who outsmarted the Nebbi Central defence and finishing into an empty net.

Jarieko who is double-licenced for Ntungasaze from topflight side NEC FC attributed this result to constant preparations and acknowledged Nebbi had a great support from the fans, even though the results didn't prove.
"We knew Nebbi Central has a lot of fans who would come, but it was as well our target (to win,)" Jarieko remarked post match.
In Iganga Ssaza Grounds, Onduparaka had another tough evening with a 2-1 loss to Big League season debutants Iganga United FC. Bwangani scored first for the hosts in the opening nine minutes before Onduparaka leveling through Mahad Agusi's thunderous strike. The levels didn't last long before Iganga United found their lead back, just a minute after through Eric.
In the only positive result today of the three West Nile sides, Paidha Black Angels SC scored late to keep all the three points home, at Bar Okoro Stadium. The Blacks who had been tied goalless by Mbale Heroes found their only goal in the 90th minute through Odagiu Khalid who was later named Chill Out Lounge Angel of the Match, walking away with fifty thousand Ugandan shillings cash from the club's new partners Chill Out Lounge (formerly known as Creamland Motel.) The celebrations have been extended with an after party at the lounge located just next to Paidha Town Council offices, in Paidha Town.
